OUTSIDE SIZE OF TUBE: Measure the external size of your tube, eg if this is 25mm square the correct product would be part 3981/1 (25mm Sq Ribbed Insert 1.0-3.0mm WT).
TUBE WALL THICKNESS: Sometimes referred to as 'gauge size' and listed in some of the product tables as 'WT'. This is the thickness of the tube wall, the ribs on the inserts will suit a range of tube wall thickness. To check the insert will fit the tube inside size minus 2 x wall thickness from the tube outside size.
TYPE: Choose from inserts with flat, domed, lightweight or angled heads. Threaded inserts are tube inserts with moulded or metal threads for use with adjustable feet.
FINISHES & COLOURS: Choose from textured finish, polished finish, chrome capped. Many of our tube inserts are available in the following colours: black, white, mid grey, dark grey and silver.
